CloudTalk

CloudTalk is an AI-powered call center and business calling platform with built-in AI voice agent solution for sales and support teams. AI voice agents and human reps work from the same phone system, with the same numbers, the same routing, and the same CRM sync. On inbound, an AI Receptionist answers every call, handles FAQs from your own documents, books meetings, and routes by intent to the right person. On outbound, AI agents run qualification, reminders, and follow-up campaigns around the clock, while the Power and Parallel Dialers put reps in front of more live conversations per shift. Conversation intelligence transcribes, summarizes, and scores calls automatically, and logs them to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or any of 100+ integrations without anyone typing a note. CloudTalk provides local, mobile, and toll-free numbers in more than 160 countries, running on multiple carriers with redundant global servers and 99.999% platform uptime. AI agents and human queues sit inside the same drag-and-drop call flows, so teams can shift work between AI and people as volume changes, without adding a second vendor or rebuilding their routing.

What CloudTalk is

CloudTalk is a cloud-based call center and business calling platform where AI voice agents and human agents run on the same telephony system. CloudTalk built the telephony layer first, covering numbers, routing, call quality, and CRM integrations, then embedded AI directly into that layer. Teams decide how much of each workflow is AI-led and how much is human-led, and can change that mix without switching vendors.

AI voice agents

CloudTalk offers two kinds of AI voice agent. The AI Receptionist answers every inbound call instantly, captures the caller's name and intent, answers FAQs from documents you upload, books meetings into your calendar, and routes or escalates to the right person. It requires no code and is configured in minutes. The AI Specialist owns a defined workflow end to end, inbound or outbound. It reads and writes to your systems over API, personalizes each outbound call with live CRM data, and transfers to a human with full conversation context when a person is genuinely needed.

Both handle multiple languages on the same line and detect the caller's language automatically.

Outbound calling for human reps

CloudTalk's Power Dialer works through call lists automatically, with voicemail detection, call scripts, and automatic logging. The Parallel Dialer places several calls at once so reps spend their time in live conversations instead of listening to ring tones. Every call, disposition, and note syncs to the CRM without manual entry.

Inbound routing and call flows

CloudTalk includes a drag-and-drop Call Flow Designer, smart IVR and call menus, skill-based routing, condition-based routing, VIP queues, business-hours rules, and automated callbacks. AI agents sit inside the same call flows as human queues rather than running as a separate channel.

Conversation intelligence

CloudTalk transcribes, summarizes, and scores calls automatically, and surfaces sentiment, key topics, talk ratios, and action items. Managers get live coaching tools including listen, whisper, and barge, plus post-call dashboards and recordings for QA review.

Global coverage and reliability

CloudTalk provides local, mobile, and toll-free numbers in more than 160 countries, running on multiple carriers with redundant global servers and 99.999% platform uptime.

Integrations

CloudTalk has more than 100 built-in integrations, including HubSpot (certified), Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Close, Kommo, Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Help Scout, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, Microsoft Teams, Shopify, Zapier, and Make. An open API and webhooks cover anything not on the list.

Who CloudTalk is for

CloudTalk fits outbound sales teams of roughly 5 to 50 reps running HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive; high-volume B2C outreach teams and BPOs in insurance, real estate, and education; customer support and CX teams handling inbound queues; and international SMBs that need local numbers across several markets from one vendor.

Deployment and setup

The AI Receptionist is self-serve and configured in minutes: upload your company information or a document, pick a voice and language, and connect it to a number. AI Specialist workflows that read and write to internal systems over API typically take one to two weeks to design and map. Setting up numbers, call flows, and CRM integration on the human side requires no engineering work.

Frequently Asked Questions

CloudTalk is a cloud-based call center and business calling platform with AI voice agents solutions for sales and support teams. AI voice agents and human agents run on the same telephony system, sharing the same phone numbers, call routing, and CRM sync. CloudTalk covers inbound call handling, outbound dialing, AI voice agents, and conversation intelligence in a single platform rather than as separate tools.

CloudTalk seat plans start at $25 per user per month for Starter, $29 for Essential, and $49 for Expert, all billed annually. Expert requires a minimum of 3 users. Monthly billing costs more per seat. AI voice agents are priced separately from seats: the AI Receptionist has a free tier with 50 included minutes, and the AI Specialist is $349 per month including 1,000 minutes. Add-ons include Conversation Intelligence at $9 per user per month, Power Dialer at $15, and Parallel Dialer at $39.

Yes. CloudTalk offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and the trial includes 50 AI voice agent minutes. The AI Receptionist also has a permanently free tier. CloudTalk charges no setup or onboarding fees, and annual billing works out roughly 30% cheaper than paying monthly.

Yes. CloudTalk's Starter plan begins at a single user, and the free AI Receptionist tier lets a small team put an AI voice agent on its main line without a contract or an implementation project. The Expert plan is the only one with a seat minimum, at 3 users. CloudTalk is used by teams ranging from a handful of reps to well over 100 agents.

CloudTalk is both. CloudTalk built the telephony layer first, covering numbers, routing, call quality, and CRM integrations, then embedded AI voice agents directly into that layer. An AI agent and a human queue sit inside the same call flow rather than running as separate channels. Teams choose how much of each workflow is AI-led and can change that mix without switching vendors.

CloudTalk's AI Receptionist captures caller intent and routes the call, answering FAQs from uploaded documents and booking meetings along the way. It is self-serve and configured in minutes, and calls typically run 30 to 120 seconds. The AI Specialist owns a defined workflow from start to finish, inbound or outbound, reading and writing to your systems over API. Specialist calls typically run 2 to 10 minutes or longer and need one to two weeks of setup.

CloudTalk's AI voice agents support 30+ languages and detect the caller's language automatically, switching to it mid-call without the caller choosing from a menu. Each agent can be set to a single fixed language or to multilingual mode, and multilingual mode auto-switches across a core set of around 10 languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Hindi, Russian, and Japanese. If a language is unsupported or unclear, the agent falls back to English.

Yes. CloudTalk's AI Receptionist books meetings directly into your calendar during the call, including outside business hours and at weekends. On the same call it captures the caller's name and intent, answers questions from documents you have uploaded, can send a follow-up SMS, and pushes the extracted details to your CRM through a webhook.

Yes. CloudTalk's Power Dialer works through call lists automatically with voicemail detection, call scripts, and automatic logging. The Parallel Dialer places several calls at once so reps spend their time in live conversations rather than listening to ring tones. CloudTalk's outbound AI agents can also run qualification, reminders, renewals, and follow-up campaigns triggered from your CRM or internal systems through the API.

Yes. CloudTalk has a certified HubSpot integration and connects to Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, along with helpdesks including Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, and Help Scout. CloudTalk offers more than 100 built-in integrations in total, plus an open API and webhooks for anything not on the list. Calls, recordings, transcripts, and dispositions log to the CRM automatically.

Yes. CloudTalk records calls, and its conversation intelligence transcribes, summarizes, and scores them automatically, surfacing sentiment, key topics, talk ratios, and action items. Managers can listen, whisper, or barge into live calls for coaching. Transcription for conversation intelligence currently covers English, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish. Conversation Intelligence is available as an add-on at $9 per user per month on plans where it is not already included.

CloudTalk provides local, mobile, and toll-free numbers in more than 160 countries. Calls run across multiple carriers on redundant global servers, with 99.999% platform uptime. Each plan includes calling within one region that the customer selects at signup, and geographic bundles cover regular calling outside that region.

CloudTalk's AI Receptionist is self-serve and runs in minutes: upload your company information or a document, choose a voice and language, and connect it to a number. Setting up numbers, call flows, and CRM integration requires no engineering work. AI Specialist workflows that read and write to internal systems over API typically take one to two weeks to design and map.

Standalone AI voice tools supply the AI building blocks and leave the customer to assemble the telephony around them: numbers, routing, CRM sync, analytics, monitoring, and human handoff. CloudTalk owns the telephony layer, so those pieces come with the platform rather than being integrated afterwards. AI agents and human reps share the same call flows, the same dashboard, and the same analytics, and a call transfers between them with full conversation context.
